Separate sealed tenders are invited on behalf of the governor of Tripura from enlisted contractors of Tripura P.W.D/T.T.A.D.C in appropriate class and from the contractors registered in the appropriate class of M.E.S,Railways,C.P.W.D and other state P.W.D in form 7(seven) for the work mentioned below upto 3.00 p.m on 17.06.03 .

Tender will be opened on the next working day if possible in presence of the intending tenderers or their authorized representatives.

The tenderers shall submit earnest money of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees one lakh) only alongwith their tenders.The earnest money should be deposited in any branch of the state bank of India or any treasury in Tripura under the head of A/C M.I(P) in favour of the Executive Engineer ,I&F.M Division No.1,Agartala and receipted challan thereof must accompany the tender.Earnest money may also be paid through “Deposit-at-call receipt” on any schedule bank of India and the receipt must be attached with the tender.

Tender form can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer I&F.M Division No.1,Agartala, specified by the Executive Engineer on payment of Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred)only in cash in any working day during office hours upto 3.00p.m on 13.06.03 on submission of documentary proof of tenderer’s Nationality,Income tax clearance certificate/PTCC/STCC and valid licence regarding engagement of workers in the contract works from labour Department,Government of Tripura.

The tender document duly filled in will be received in the office of the Executive Engineer,Irrigation & Flood Management Division No.1,Agartala as well as in the office of the superintending Engineer.,Irrigation & Flood Management circle No.1,Kunjaban,Agartala upto 3.00p.m on17.06.03.

The Executive Engineer,Irrigation & Flood Management Division No.1,Agartala reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all of the tenders in full or part thereof without assigning any reason.
