Launch of “Online Digitally signed copy of Records of Rights (RoR)” System
Launch of “Online Digitally signed copy of Records of Rights (RoR)” System for citizen on 22nd November, 2019 by Sh. N.C. Debbarma. Hon’ble Minister (Revenue) Govt. of Tripura at Agartala.
Presently citizen can get digitally signed copy of RoR by paying the required fees from Deputy Collector & Magistrate (DCM) and Director Land Records and Settlement (DLRS) office and Module is operational in all the DCM office in the state of Tripura. As per the mandate of Revenue Department to automate the processes of Land Records and Registration, Revenue Department in association with National Informatics Centre (NIC), Govt. of India, Agartala has developed a software to facilitate Online generation of digitally signed copy of RoR after online payment of requisite fees using eGRAS.
In order to get digitally signed copy of RoR the citizen will visit https://jami.tripura.gov.in and will register himself/herself using signup option. His/her email id will be treated as login id and he/she will be given password after email and mobile no verification. This will facilitate citizen to pay required fees for copy of RoR at eGRAS using net banking, Credit card and Debit card etc. After successful payment citizen can download ROR after applying Digital Signature by the Revenue Official. This will increase efficiency and bring transparency in the Land Records and will reduce the time. Citizen can get this service from anywhere any time basis. Also this will save time, energy and is a cost effective way to get the RoR copy.
